We hope we remain the luxury salon even with a few changes. Please read if you have a booking with us;
-Please cancel your appointment if you or any member of your household are showing signs of covid (I’m sure you know what they are by now!)
-Please only arrive at your booked appointment time and wait outside the salon until we let you in
-Sanitise your hands on arrival and departure
-Do not bring any unnecessary items such as big coats, scarfs and bags into the salon if possible
-Respect other customers with social distancing
-Avoid using our lavatory unless essential
-Please attend your appointment on your own. If this is not possible please contact us to discuss.
Some of our salon changes;
*Even though we are already used to working in a clean environment we have booked extra time between clients so there is no cross over and extra sterilising in between.
*We unfortunately will not be serving drinks so please bring your own if required (except after massage treatments)
*We have removed all of our fabric furniture so chairs can be cleaned down between use.
*Our reception area has been rearranged to respect social distancing
*We will always be masks if necessary on high risk clients or on request
*If you would like to attend your appointment wearing a mask we completely understand but this is not currently government guidance.
*All gift vouchers that have expired during lockdown will be extended for the amount of time the salon was closed.
*All payment types will be accepted
*A slight treatment price increase may incur to cover the cost of PPE and extended cleaning.
